- An emotional cause of your migraines: Perhaps you get really upset every time your boss asks about the status of a project you are working on because it reminds you of poor grades you got in school when you were younger. This may then cause you to tense up your neck and shoulder muscles, which could, in turn, lead to your migraine. At this point, we should agree that I know a thing or two about how to get rid of headaches and keep them from coming back by addressing their cause. These are just a few of the people we have helped with headaches and migraines. If you are not able to make it in to the office right away to get help with your headaches, here are a few things you can do nutritionally. We are assuming that you are also not able to schedule a Zoom consultation for whatever reason.
- We gave Yolanda Villa some Vitanox from MediHerb to take at the dosage of 2 with breakfast, 2 with lunch, and 2 with dinner, and that really helped her. We also told her to drink more spring water.
- If you know you have been exposed to poisons and toxins, another thing that can help with headaches is Livaplex from Standard Process. If you are overweight, then you can take 4 with breakfast, 4 with lunch, and 4 with dinner. This also helps with constipation and irritability.
- Mark Anthony Stephens used to literally throw up each month when he had his headaches, and he was eating too many sweets and complex carbs, so we gave him Zymex capsules, and then his headaches went away very quickly. We had him take a high dose of 11 upon waking and 11 before sleep. If you want a tasty treat, then you can get Zymex Wafers instead. You only need about 3 or 4 Zymex Wafers on an empty stomach upon waking and before sleep. What works even better for candida or leaky gut is Gut Flora Complex, which should be taken daily. Gut Flora Complex should be taken with meals at a dosage of about 6 with breakfast and 6 with dinner or less if you weigh more than 150 pounds. If you weigh a lot less, then 2 or 3 with breakfast and 2 or 3 with dinner should be enough. The Gut Flora Complex works really well if you need help with better sleep as well. If your diet is relatively good, then hopefully you will only need it for a couple of months.
- The way that we helped Betzabee to get rid of her headaches was to give her high doses of A-F Betafood. She chewed the A-F betafood. We had her chew about 7 A-F Betafood with breakfast, 7 with lunch, and 7 with dinner.
