  • What type of food should you eat?

We will answer all of these questions and more with added detail in this short case study.

1.  How do you get the pain and discomfort from your bulging disc or intervertebral disc to go away and get it to heal quickly?

The answer to this question should be obvious.  You need to contact Triad Of Health Family Healing Center and the office of Dr. Ilya Skolnikoff.  We need to use The Skolnikoff Method.  We need to treat the structural, chemical and emotional causes of the pain to get complete and lasting results.

2.  What do you do if you have severe 10 out of 10 pain?

We need to provide emotional and chemical and structural therapies to decrease the pain.  It should be noted that pain is an emotional experience that is registered in the limbic portion of the brain, the center of the brain that processes emotions so we need to provide emotional therapies to quickly decrease the pain.  We will talk about herbs and nutrition in just a minute.  However, flower essences and homeopathic remedies can also be very helpful.

3.  What do you do if you are so uncomfortable that you are not able to properly sit or stand?

If possible, it would be best to lie down.  Another suggestion would be to curl up in the seated position or lying on your side.  This position takes the tension out of your dura mater (the sac that holds your spinal cord).  The less tension you have to your dura mater, the less tension you will have in your entire body.  Of course, getting in touch with Triad Of Health Family Healing Center or Dr. Skolnikoff directly would probably be a great idea.  Drinking lots of water would be a great idea.  Getting more sleep would be wise if it is so uncomfortable to sit or stand.

4.  What nutrients should you use to help with a herniated disc?

We were able to get rid of Sabrina’s herniated disc in just 1 treatment visit by using B6 Niacinamide in high doses to get the extra fluid out of her disc.  Sabrina was told to chew about 7 B6 Niacinamide with breakfast, 7 B6 Niacinamide with lunch, and 8 B6 Niacinamide for dinner.  B6 helps with loosening up any type of mucoid tissue or plaque in the body.  It may also be useful for constipation in some situations.  The intervertebral disc (IVD) is composed of mostly sugar and B6 and Niacin both help with sugar metabolism.  In fact, Niacinamide is the rate limiting factor for all of the sex and longevity hormones.  We also gave Sabrina another product that would help her brain to process pain differently.  That product is called Hemp Oil Complex.  When you click on the bolded product name it will work as a link to take you to the product where you can purchase it.

5.  What type of food should you eat?

We had Sabrina follow a diet that was primarily meats and veggies.  Meats and veggies both help you to detoxify with all of the fiber, water and vitamins in the veggies and also supply you with all the fats, minerals and protein needed to stabilize your blood sugar and make all of the sex and longevity hormones that are derived from these nutrients.

In this image you can clearly see the difference between a normal intact intervertebral disc and a damaged, herniated disc.  Don’t forget that one of the best ways to get rid of an intervertebral disc (IVD) problem is to help the patient who has the problem with their blood sugar.  The other thing that we helped Sabrina with is a condition called “Ileocecal Valve Syndrome.”  Ileocecal Valve Syndrome (ICV Syndrome) is discussed in great detail throughout this website as well as in “The Skolnikoff Method New Medicine For A New You: Inflammation Solutions Handbook.”
