Relief From Thyroid Symptoms, Cocaine and Sugar!

This video unveils the scientific relationship between thyroid symptoms, cocaine addiction, and sugar addiction/poor digestion/ disorders.

In the past, Triad Of Health Family Healing Center was routinely offering a free thyroid workshop entitled The Seven Pitfalls You Must Avoid to Heal Your Thyroid. In this video below, we are able to hear directly from Dr. Ilya Skolnikoff as he discusses the relationship between sugar addiction and cocaine addiction. We hope you find this helpful.

The renin angiotensin system controls blood pressure through the sodium/potassium pump. Without aldosterone, this renin angiotensin system that converts angiotensin I to angiotensin II will not work properly. Remember that much of the absorption of calcium, sodium, and potassium in the body does happen in the tubules of the kidneys. The colon is another important place for mineral absorption that is often overlooked. Weak adrenal glands will dramatically compromise mineral absorption at every level. Aldosterone is the main mineral corticoid coming from the adrenal cortex. ADH (anti-diuretic hormone) coming from the posterior pituitary also plays an important role in this process. One should keep in mind that the hypothalamus, pituitary, and adrenal glands all work very closely together through the hypothalamic, pituitary, and adrenal axis.

When dealing with sodium and potassium imbalances and adrenal exhaustion (high blood pressure as well), one should certainly consider using a good potassium supplement for a period of time to help with the adrenal cortex and to give the heart a break. Remember that muscle contraction throughout the body, including the heart, requires that the sodium/potassium ion pump be working properly. This link will bring you to a great potassium supplement that you can use.

Potassium and magnesium supplements are great products that can really help with muscle soreness and aid in regulating essential hypertension. These types of products can also help people who are low on energy to have a little bit more energy. This would also be something to consider. You would take one pill with breakfast and one with lunch.

Meditation is also a great way to go in order to help lower blood pressure. There are many different approaches to meditation. We will not have time to go through all of the options here. However, one of my personal favorites is transcendental meditation. It is phenomenal that the Skolnikoff Method helps its users quickly get into a meditative state. We see evidence of this from our patient case studies. You can see some of those case studies by following this link. Remember that consistency is a major key to a successful medication practice. It is more important that you follow the practice consistently than that you spend a great deal of time on the practice daily.

This video below also discusses digestive disorders and insomnia. It is only 2 minutes and 29 seconds long.
