My struggle with my physical well-being began to cause me depression. Your mind and body are inextricably linked, as you are aware. Soon after my depression ended, I started having a lot of sleepless nights and developed GERD (gastrointestinal reflux disease). Imagine (or you don’t have to) experiencing diarrhea in addition to the symptoms of fibromyalgia four to six times a day. I was immobile for a while due to excruciating agony that shot between my shoulder blades. I had the exact sensation of having a knife stabbed between my shoulder blades in my back. Every occurrence would endure for multiple minutes. It wasn’t very excellent. I have an allergy to things like onions and garlic. I would experience a four- to five-hour headache after consuming these foods. You are already aware that I required a handful of tablets to fall asleep at night, a handful with every meal during the day, and a few to wake up in the morning.

 

Regaining Control

To help Cynthia Tom with her mood and weight and overall experience of life, we gave her St. John’s Wort IMT from Standard Process, Zypan from Standard Process, and also Zymex capsules from Standard Process. We suggested that she chew the Zymex capsules from Standard Process even though they are capsules.

St. John’s Wort IMT: We prescribed Cynthia 2 with breakfast, 2 with lunch, and 2 with dinner. We suggested that she wear sunglasses outside since some people have excessive photophobia while using St. John’s Wort.

Zypan: We prescribed her 2 with breakfast, 1 with lunch, and 2 with dinner. We suggested that if she were to feel any burning in her stomach while using the product, she should decrease the dosage.

Zymex Capsules: We had her chew and swallow 10 pills upon waking, and we had her chew and swallow 10 pills before going to sleep.

 

We made sure to coach both Cynthia and Arlene on proper water intake and proper protein intake. Water and protein help a great deal with the utilization and metabolism of these nutrients and herbs.
